Graceland Restaurant provides guests with an intimate dining experience in Graceland's original red-oak dining room. The dining room extends into a glass conservatory that overlooks the town. During the summer months, guests are served on the veranda adjacent to the conservatory. The menu features Regional, American, and Continental cuisine planned by the executive chef.

Executive Chef and Instructor of Hospitality

Melanie is the Executive Chef and Instructor at Davis & Elkins College in Graceland, a learning lab for students who are currently enrolled in the program of Hospitality and Tourism. Chef Campbell completed her apprenticeship under the leadership of Chef Hartmut Handke, C.M.C., at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV.
